In 2015, we participated in the toilet rebate program in order to conserve water. We have replaced nearly 200 toilets so far, and none of which were at the cost to the owner or the association. It is projected that 6,000-8,000 gallons of water are being saved daily. This change is drought-conscious as well as cost efficient, resulting in lower water bills. We have also replaced other bathroom fixtures, including shower heads to further promote water conservation.
