          • Guide and assist the Board of Directors
          • Prepare and mail notices, infraction letters, and election materials
          • Maintain association records and owner information
          • Handle correspondence with owners, board members, and vendors
          • Maintain insurance coverage (including liability, D&O, fire, building, workers compensation, and earthquake policies)
          • Ensure insurance coverage is within regulations
          • Review association's governing documents, including CC&Rs, by-laws, rules and regulations
          • Assist in adoption of changes, additions and amendments to governing documents
          • Utilize legal knowledge to prevent lawsuits
          • Employ legal services if necessary
          • Attend annual conferences to stay informed
          • Attend board meetings and association meetings
